HOW DO I REQUEST?

๑ Send me a request via VGen linked above.๑ I will answer the VGen request and we may continue contact on the site itself, or on any contacts you have submitted.๑ If you do not have a VGen, please send me a message to any of my listed contacts.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

๑ I have the right to refuse or decline any commission.๑ I retain full rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim or promote it as their own.๑ Commissions are first come, first serve.๑ Notify immediately if there is a desired deadline.๑ Process may take 2-3 days to a week per artwork.๑ Updates during every stage (sketch, lineart, coloring) will be provided.๑ Delays will be notified and may be caused due to: your queue, school, personal reasons, or complexity of the piece.๑ Do not edit/trace/recolor the finished commission.๑ Do not use/post the un-watermarked commission.๑ Do not use the commission for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or any other type of cryptocurrency.๑ Please submit 3-5 references (character, pose, etc.)๑ Revisions are only applied during the sketching phase.๑ Client may only use/post the watermarked commission with credit:
[1] A link to any of my socials.
[2] A link to my carrd.๑ Customer will receive two versions of their commission:
[1] With watermark (for public use, with credit).
[2] Without watermark (for personal use).๑ Customer will receive these versions via email.๑ Other modes of receiving the commission may be discussed (Discord, Messenger, etc.).

PAYMENT

MONETIZED CONTENT

๑ For customers who are content creators.๑ Customer must pay +100% of the original commission in order to use it for monetized content.๑ Credit or referrals are encouraged/appreciated.

COMMERCIAL MERCHANDISING

๑ For customers who are businesses/owners.๑ Customer must pay +150% of the original commission in order to use it for commercial purposes.๑ Credit or referrals are encouraged/appreciated.
